Legal & policy
Subscription Policy
No subscription is currently configured in this website. These requirements apply if recurring programs are enabled later.
Complete before launch
Enrollment and consent
Before enrollment, clearly disclose the recurring price, billing frequency, included services or products, minimum term if any, trial conditions, renewal date, and how to cancel. Obtain affirmative consent and provide a record.
Renewal and payment
Explain automatic renewal, payment authorization, failed-payment handling, price changes, renewal reminders where required, and taxes or separate pharmacy charges. No unconfigured amount or cadence should be implied.
Changes to treatment
Clinical appropriateness is reassessed separately from billing. Payment does not guarantee prescribing, renewal, or continued treatment. A provider may change or discontinue a plan based on clinical judgment.
Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation channel and deadline must be easy to find and use. Final refund eligibility depends on the separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Required launch details
Add actual program names, prices, billing cycles, included services, renewal mechanics, notice periods, cancellation methods, support contact, and effective date before enabling subscriptions.
