Provider network
Your Care Team
Noma Health provides the technology and patient experience that help connect patients with telehealth care.
Who provides care
Clinical services available through Noma Health are provided through Scriptful, Inc.'s provider network and appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.
The healthcare professional responsible for your care exercises independent professional judgment when evaluating your medical information, determining whether telehealth is appropriate, recommending treatment, and deciding whether a prescription should be issued.
Noma Health does not direct a provider to prescribe a particular medication and does not guarantee that a requested treatment will be prescribed.
Your provider may determine that additional information, laboratory testing, medical records, a telephone or video consultation, an in-person examination, an alternative treatment, or no treatment is appropriate.
Provider availability and consultation requirements may vary by state.
