How dispensing works
ScriptfulRx dispenses prescription medication only pursuant to a valid prescription issued by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Prescription availability and pharmacy services are subject to applicable state law, pharmacy licensure, medication availability, and other regulatory requirements.
Patients should follow the dispensing label, medication guide, provider instructions, and pharmacy instructions accompanying their actual prescription.
Who to contact
For questions specifically concerning a dispensed prescription, medication packaging, storage, or pharmacy fulfillment, patients may contact ScriptfulRx at [SCRIPTULRX PHONE].
Questions concerning your Noma Health account, billing, or general support should be directed to support@nomahealth.com.
Compounded medications
Certain prescriptions dispensed by ScriptfulRx may be compounded when prescribed for an individual patient and when permitted under applicable law.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not undergone FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
A healthcare provider determines whether a compounded medication is clinically appropriate for an individual patient. The availability of a compounded medication does not mean that it is appropriate for every patient.
